Accessible and consistent pricing is a basic and necessary part of making an intelligent purchasing decision. We try to post prices on-line for items that we stock, or items that we believe are of interest to our clients.

We believe in transparent product information and that clients are entitled to know where a product is made, and who made it. As an exclusive provider of authentic European luxury brands, we fully disclose our product's brands, country of origin, model numbers, fabric grades, and finishes.
honesty, integrity, and respect
We strive to guide our clients through the purchasing process in an atmosphere of respect, while being completely honest and forthright. We do our best to communicate clearly and effectively and to address concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

> goods which are defective may be returned for replacement or store credit if we are notified within 1 day of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the event we are unable to replace goods within a reasonable period of time.

> fabric swatches and materials shown online are for reference only, and cannot be considered entirely accurate because of variables in computer monitors and lighting conditions. Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly.
> finish samples and fabric swatches are available for review, and can be couriered to you free of charge. In some cases we must ask for samples to be returned if they are from our working set, in which case you will be asked to provide a refundable deposit.
> standard lead time for delivery of custom orders from Europe is 20-24 weeks. This time frame is a good faith estimate which may change and does not include August shutdown (+ 4 weeks), or Christmas holidays (+ 2 weeks), or factory shut downs and delays which are beyond our control.

For projects with short timelines, our stocking program allows us to assemble and deliver full containers to points throughout North America, Central and South America, and the Caribbean - in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods based on ordering from Europe. Our location, 15 minutes from Port of Vancouver - the third busiest port by volume in North America, allows us to easily connect with ocean freight and transshipment carriers.
For reference: a typical 20 foot container shipment can accommodate approximately 24 cubic meters of furniture, and will usually become cost effective on orders of $50,000 USD and above. Please contact us for a shipping quotation.
